Step 01 — Context

A logistics idea with no product definition and no budget.

iSendApp came to me with a concept: a platform to simplify package sending and logistics management for small businesses and individuals in Nigeria. The idea was sound. But the founding team had no product background, a limited budget, and an instinct to build everything at once.

The most important early work wasn't building anything. It was deciding what not to build.
